Congratulations! You’ve welcomed that new bundle of joy into this world and brought them home. Now what?! Even with breastfeeding classes prior to delivery, many moms are still unsure of what to do. Or even question if things are going well! Even if they’ve breastfed before, every baby is different and can create new challenges. Nipple pain, shallow latch, engorgement, milk supply...so many things to keep on top of. No worries, that’s where I come in to cheer you on and help you with a successful start to your breastfeeding journey.

Plan on our initial home visit taking 60-90 minutes. I work hard to make the appointment around the time the baby wants to eat in order to get an accurate picture of how nursing is going. Initial consults include in-home visit plus follow up contact, by text or email. This continued contact allows up to support and adapt our plan as needed. All clients have text access anytime, day or night, for questions for concerns as they come up.

During our consultation, you can expect to go over transfer weights, feeding times, feeding cues, breast pumps, milk storage, common complications and more. Additional visits or phone calls may be needed, at additional costs, depending on the challenges we’re working on.
In- home $200 (up to 90 min, prorated in 15 min increments for anything over)

Additional options:

Phone or Virtual Consults: $30/30 min (pro rated in 15 minutes intervals)

Travel fee: $30 (anything outside 20 miles of Katy)
